Browns still a AFC North threat despite not having an eye-opening draft

It seems like this is the first time in a long time that the Cleveland Browns did not draft a quarterback for the entirety of an NFL draft.  For the time being, and for good reason, the team has decided to stick with Baker Mayfield.  One bad season following pre-season Super Bowl hype does not mean he is a bust yet.  The Browns made a good move in the 1st round drafting offensive tackle Jedrick Wills, the best prospect at his position.  The Browns post-Joe Thomas offensive line has struggled mightily in pass-protection, so this pick could be a sigh of relief for Mayfield.

The Browns already have a contending team with so much on-paper talent on offense and defense.  Their problem is and has always been in the coaching department.  Can Kevin Stefanski handle egos like Mayfield, Odell Beckham Jr, and Jarvis Landry?  Time will tell, but this team certainly has displayed their potential from time-to-time.  They did crush last year’s best regular season team 40-24 last season.
